東臺精機董事長嚴瑞雄 :臺灣的老板們,別把工業4.0想得太復雜 “Don’t think Industry 4.0 is always complicated”, Yen said
精密機械研究發展中心董事長、東臺精機董事長嚴瑞雄在2016天下經濟論壇(CWEF),分享投入工業4.0兩年的經驗。他以務實角度分析,臺灣制造業想問的,應該不是工業4.0是什么,而是我該怎么跨出第一步。
智慧工廠的目標是要合理化、省人化、自動化、無人化,但并非把機器人帶到工廠中,所有問題就自動解決。在機器上安裝感測器,抓出電流、電壓、溫度等資訊,透過機聯網讓我們得以取得更多生產線的資訊,讓制造產品的效率更好。人們不再需要守著機臺設備,專注在生產策略規劃或改善,對制造業而言,就是往附加價值高的商業區域移動。
臺灣有自己的優勢與限制,設備在哪個等級都沒關系,只要有向生產力4.0邁進就好,讓設備商與客戶一起補學分。
Mr. Yen, the Chairman of Tongtai, shared his experiences in Industry 4.0 development for 2 years in CWEF 2016. “Now the question of Industry 4.0 for Taiwanese manufacturers is how to get their foot in the door, instead of what the industry 4.0 is.”, Yen said.
The goal of intelligent factory is including labor saving. However, it’s not only to set-up robotic arm in the factory. Machine, which is another player in this game. To equip sensors in machines for getting information about electric current, voltage, and temperature, furthermore, by the technology of IoT, the manufacturers are able to get these information from production lines directly. All information will be used for improving production efficiency. It allows the customers are able to invest more resources in production strategies planning. In that time, the business model in Taiwanese manufacturing industry might be changed.
"Compared with other countries, Taiwan owns exclusive advantages and limitations. Let us learn and work together for Industry 4.0.", Yen said.
